International Chocolate Awards Finalist
We are happy to announce that our latest chocolate truffle addition, the 80% dark chocolate truffle, has become a grand jury finalist in this year's International Chocolate Awards.
Each year, our goal is to continue creating and refining our chocolates to be more competitive on the regional and world stage. In our first attempt in 2013, we were honored when our cardamom chocolate truffle won a US Silver. However, we couldn’t quite hold our own in the International round with over 800 products competing; but we aspire to be something incredibly special, which we hope to achieve one day.
Last year, we aimed to enter the competition again, but a kitchen flood shifted our priorities. This year, we entered our milk chocolate, vanilla rooibos, and 80% dark chocolate truffles, and we're thrilled to see one of our creations has made it as a finalist. Later this month, we will find out if we take home an award. Regardless of the outcome, we are proud to have come this far and grateful to everyone who contributes to our success.
