I recently attended the chocolate tempering class and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The instructor was incredibly personable and engaging, making the class both fun and informative. They provided clear, step-by-step instructions and were always ready to answer any questions I had.
What I appreciated most was the hands-on practice. I got to temper chocolate multiple times, which really helped build my confidence. By the end of the class, I had made delicious chocolate lollipops and chocolate bark, and I felt ready to try tempering chocolate at home.
In fact, based on what I learned in class, I successfully made my own chocolate bon bons! I’m so thrilled with the skills I gained that I’ve already signed up for the next class.
