Our products are made in our in-store kitchen. We use designated work areas and take care to reduce cross-contact, but we are not a certified allergen-free facility and cross-contamination is possible.

Common Ingredients (by product type)

Brownie Bites / Pops

Ingredients: Brownies (Callebaut semi-sweet chips, sugar, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), egg white, butter (cream, salt), water, vanilla extract (water, alcohol (35%), sugar, vanilla bean extractives), salt, baking soda), organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic sunflower lecithin, organic vanilla beans.

Truffles (including seasonal infusions)

Ingredients: Organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic sunflower lecithin, organic vanilla beans.

May contain herbs & spices depending on batch (basil, tarragon, ginger, ancho, citrus, star anise, cranberry, espresso, lavender, mint).

Toffee (Butter)

Ingredients: Butter (cream, salt), sugar, organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic sunflower lecithin, organic vanilla beans, water, pure vanilla extract, sea salt, baking soda, salt.

Marshmallows

Ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup, gelatin, salt.

Nuts

We do not make peanut butter or process pecans into nut butters, but we do work with peanuts and pecans in our kitchen. While we keep work areas clean, cross-contact is possible.

Dietary Notes

Gluten

We take precautions with flour/gluten usage. Brownies and cakes are typically made on separate days from chocolate production, and flour batches are kept distinct from pure chocolate truffles and caramels whenever possible.
