Local tea blender KTeas has done many pairings with us and one tea we love very much is the plum rooibos. It shines fruity, clean, purple plummy-nommy which translates fantasically within our dark chocolate ganache.

We've extended the season for these tasty truffles since we heard they won in the ICA. Enjoy them while you can!
