Truffle Making

Spend some time being a real chocolatier in this hands-on chocolate truffle-making class in Charlotte, NC. Learn the art and science behind this signature treat as you make your own ganache from scratch.

Watch owner and chocolatier Chef Bill Dietz demonstrate the use of our professional equipment to create chocolate truffles, while sharing tips and techniques along the way.

You'll practice dipping truffles in tempered chocolate and decorate them using a variety of tools, toppings, and transfer sheets for that perfect finishing touch.

To wrap up, you’ll scoop and roll your ganache in a delicious assortment of coatings. Best of all, you’ll take home your handmade chocolate truffles—unless they mysteriously disappear before you leave!

Events and classes are refundable up to 4 days before the class/event. Until the day of the event, you can opt to receive an in-store credit minus 15% of your ticketed fee. Day-of cancellations are eligible for 50% in-store credit. Our chocolate classes require significant preparation, stocking, and staffing—your timely booking helps keep the magic going!
