Join us for a hands-on chocolate bark making class in Charlotte, NC. Listen as owner Robin Ciordia shares insights into the world of chocolate—from plant to pod, chips to tempering—and how to work with it to create your own culinary delights.
The main event? Tasting delicious samples and crafting your own bark. Choose from a wide variety of flavorful ingredients and toppings to personalize your chocolate creation.
You’ll make your own bark and take home a 1/2 pound of your masterpiece—perfect for gifting... or keeping all to yourself!

Ticketing Information
Events and classes are refundable up to 4 days before the class/event. Until the day of the event, you can opt to receive an in-store credit minus 15% of your ticketed fee. Day-of cancellations are eligible for 50% in-store credit. Our chocolate classes require significant preparation, stocking, and staffing—thank you for supporting our craft!
