The Secret Chocolatier ships Tuesday through Thursday during most of the year to avoid chocolates and confections sitting in a warehouse over a weekend.
During winter, this schedule may be relaxed; please contact us for more information. If you have special requirements, reach out to us. We can often adjust the schedule or use advanced shipping options to meet your needs.
During the current heat waves of summer we are also watching forecasts and trying to get you your delicate products between hot spots. If you need us to expedite or tune this please contact us.
Please pay attention to your tracking numbers and shipping estimates. Unless otherwise specified, we ship via USPS Priority 2-3 Day service. Our products are packaged with ice and wrapped carefully, but this will not prevent melting on a hot summer day if left exposed. We do not use heat stabilizers (see wax & science), so enjoy our natural product as intended.
