Learn the ins and outs of the sometimes mysteriously thought of chocolate tempering. Chef Bill will teach you the science behind crystal formations and how you can achieve it at home.
Hand temper chocolate at least twice while we help guide you in the process. Use your tempered chocolate to dip items, fill molds, and make your own bon bon shells.
You’ll go home with your own creations and a new level of chocolate knowledge!

Events and classes are refundable up to 4 days before the class/event. Until the day of the event you can opt to have an in-store credit minus 15% of your ticketed fee. Day of cancellations can have 50% in-store credit. Our classes require a lot of effort to book, stock, and prepare for.
