Learn the ins and outs of the often-mysterious process of chocolate tempering in this hands-on class in Charlotte, NC. Chef Bill will guide you through the science behind cocoa butter crystal formations and teach you how to successfully temper chocolate at home.
You'll hand-temper chocolate at least twice during this interactive workshop as we help you master the technique. Then, use your tempered chocolate to dip treats, fill molds, and craft your own bon bon shells.
You’ll leave with your delicious creations and a new level of chocolate-making knowledge!

Time: 2:00 PM (120 minutes)
Events and classes are refundable up to 4 days before the class/event. Until the day of the event, you can opt to receive an in-store credit minus 15% of your ticketed fee. Same-day cancellations are eligible for 50% in-store credit. Our chocolate classes require a lot of preparation, stocking, and staffing, and your support helps us continue creating sweet experiences!
