Spend some time being a real chocolatier as you learn this mainstay of the business. Hear about the history of truffles as you make your own ganache.
Watch owner Chef Bill use and discuss our professional equipment to make square truffles.
You get to practice dipping them in tempered chocolate and decorating them with various tools and transfer sheets.
The finale is you scoop and roll your ganache in a variety of coating options. Best of all, you get to take home what you make (unless it gets mysteriously consumed before you make it out the door).

Events and classes are refundable up to 4 days before the class/event. Until the day of the event you can opt to have an in-store credit minus 15% of your ticketed fee. Day of cancellations can have 50% in-store credit. Our classes require a lot of effort to book, stock, and prepare for.
