Feb. 6th Private Tasting Event: Encore at Streamside

There’s much more to chocolate than most people know. Learn the story through this tasting led by our owner Robin Ciordia. We’ll discuss where chocolate comes from, how it’s made, and how we use it to create a myriad of delights. Go through the process (yes there’s a process 😉) of tasting 5 different chocolates and discussing the different flavor profiles in each. Water and crackers for palate cleansers will be provided. Please let us know of any food allergies. 

Please purchase your ticket by end of the day on February 3rd so you don’t miss out. We want to be sure we make enough chocolates for everyone.
