Best Chocolatier in Charlotte

Have ordered The Secret Chocolatier's chocolates for my husband and a chocoholic friend in Manhattan. They are devoured within a couple days. Lucky me, I think I got to taste a small piece of what I bought my husband (otherwise I do believe he hid them from me!).

I shop many of the ICA list each year to find new treats. The Secret Chocolatier has done a fantastic job at representing a rather dark chocolate in such a creamy ganache. Kudos!

Wow!

I love small batch chocolates from around the world and I wasn't sure what to expect from an 80%. These were fantastic. A real rich and dark flavor that just comes through so clean. Very well done. I know where my holiday gifts are coming from this year!!
